I got a call from my Mom this morning informing me that her kitty…Snowball (i.e. Snowy) had died while at the Vet’s office last night.
Snowy had been ill the past couple of days and so Mom took her in for some lab tests. Her results were fine…but, when the Vet went to check in on her this morning…she was dieing. She died just moments after the Vet got to her. 
Mom is very upset…and understandably so. However, now she wants to get another cat. I have no problem with this. She wants to get a kitten…I can just see it now…
Yup…this will be our house if we get a kitten before Christmas!
Snowy will be missed…but I’m glad that she isn’t suffering anymore.
On a different note…
My poor Jason is at home in pain today.
His back was really bothering him this morning…so he decided to stay home from work and rest. 
If you have a chance…you might want to visit his site and say Hi…it’ll make him feel better.

Sorry about your mom’s cat. It is hard to lose a beloved pet – I know – it has happened to me.

I’m sorry for the loss of your mom’s cat. That must have been hard. I’m so attached to ours, and we’ve only had them since August.
That picture…is the main reason why I am procrastinating on putting up my tree! LOL!
