Oh Well…
That’s pretty much how I feel at the moment. I went back to the doctor yesterday because the pain in my head was so bad that I couldn’t take it anymore. 
He said that I have the worst case of sinusitus that he’s ever seen and that if I’m not feeling 100% better in 2 weeks that he wants me to come back in for a CT of my sinuses. The theory here is that because I have chronic sinusitus and have for a few years now that I’ve developed a great deal of scar tissue in my sinuses and that is making it very difficult to get the swelling down when there is an infection. Also, the inner sinus cavity can harbor fungus when someone has chronic sinusitis and will trigger a common cold into a severe infection.
In other words…I’m a mess!!
We’ll see how it goes…but for now, at least the major aching pain that was radiating throughout my sinuses and jaw has subsided a bit. I spent yesterday in bed for the most part…and I think that helped as well. I’m back at work today, but to be honest…I’d rather be at home in bed still.

Awe, not only are you miserable but everyone around you feels bad because there’s nothing they can do to help you. Both my uncle and my brother-in-law have the sinus problem… it’s nasty!

I’ve had a lot of sinus problems myself and definitely know how bad that can be. I really do hope you start feeling better… you have Jason to take care of you!!

Hope you feel better soon … I did see ont he news where they have been doing op’s on the sinus and the people who have had it done have sworn by it and never had trouble again …. I hope there is relief in your near future

Hey…I just went through your Disney pics. They look great….and you guys look like you had a great time! Scott and I are planning to go there for our honeymoon so I’m getting really excited!

i completely understand not wanting to go to work when your feeling down. i was kinda sick this morning :( and for some strange reason i thought i was feeling a little better to come into work. but now that i’m here i’m kinda thinking that i should have stayed home.
oh well. hope everything gets better with you
Yuck! Hope you feel better soon. A script for a Z-pac usually works for me from my EN&T doc.. zithromax.. 10 days worth of meds in 5 days (2 pills/1pill/1/1/1) and I feel like a champ again!
