ugh. not good news then. it’s such a shame when companies don’t want to pay people what they’re worth and then end up hiring at a lower pay and end up with what they pay for. (did that make sense?) they don’t figure what they’re losing until it’s too late. good luck w/monster.

Maria I am sorry you have never gotten compensatiion for what you do. I hope you have not left the job. I have found the hard way that there is not much being offered to the middle world…they outsource and save money. Sendiing Love and hopes that you hang in there…it may be your best hope right now!
