Where has the time gone?
Wow…I haven’t been here in while.
Things have been SO busy for me since I returned from my trip to Florida. Work has been crazy, to say the least…but it’s been just everything…kids, home…everything.
So how are you? I haven’t had time to visit lately either…I think that I may have read the post that Jason finally wrote after not posting for like a month…but only because he kept asking me if I had read it yet…so I did.
Outside of that…I haven’t been around to visit much at all.
No time…
Did you see all of the episodes that were running last week on NBC regarding Autism? The Today Show had a series on it and so di d the local news here…but Dateline NBC ran some stories as well. I’m glad that it’s finally getting some exposure…but I feel that it’s come a bit late in the game. I mean…five years ago austism was found in 1 out of every 6000 children…now it’s 1 out of every 166!! And the media is just now bringing it to the people’s attention? umm…well…better late than never right?
Anyway…I can’t talk long…I just wanted to at least stop in and wave to you all
and let you know that I haven’t forgotten you…I’ve just been busy with life.
Hopefully I’ll have more time to post in March.

I taped (that is, BILL taped) the episodes on the NBC affilitates. I’m planning to put together a master tape with all the segments together and then give one each to the resource staff at Marc’s school, his therapist, and his dad.
(PS… I know you’re busy, girlfriend, but I have a request for you at my blog. Not sure if you can help, but you’re a resourceful gal, so I thought I’d ask.)
And then I posted again, in less than a week! It’s crazy!
Love you sweetheart
When all is said and done and a reason (maybe) is found for autism, I bet it is something simple that has all been overlooked.. Kinda like “Can’t see the forest for the trees”.. Like maybe an allergy to certain shots, baby aspirin/drugs or baby formula? I hope they find it soon.. I read the blogs below and Baylie is adorable! I can’t WAIT to see Carson this weekend and I will have my camera with me, too!
