Have I mentioned that I have the sweetest husband on the planet? No?
Well…I DO!
He took me to dinner on Friday and then we went home and snuggled up in front of the television and watched 28 Days Later…
Saturday, we went to breakfast with my Mom and then out to Target to see what deals they had on leftover Halloween candy. Hey…us adults have to get some too ya know.

Well…my Jason bought me the new Bare Naked Ladies CD Everything to Everyone!!
Just because I’ve been wanting it…not that I needed it…but he’s just too darn sweet and got it for me anyway!
After wandering around the store for over 2 hours…we got in the car and drove into Denver. The malls were so crowded that you’d swear that it was the day after Thanksgiving and not Halloween!! He took me over to Russell Stover candy store (brave man huh?). I’ve never been there before and it was neat to see the store and such.
He bought us a couple caramel apples for dessert later and we headed home. We watched television a bit, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy (that show cracks me up!)…then he made us dinner.
I think I passed out around 9pm…I was so tired for some reason. I’m not used to being able to go out and do all of those things anymore…this is an adjustment for me.
Anyway…it was a nice weekend and I enjoyed spending time with my hubby!! He’ll be working a lot of hours that are opposite to my schedule this next week so I won’t get to see him much…so I’m glad that we got some time together before that goes into affect.
So…what did you do for Halloween??

How’s married life? *grins*
Sounds like you had a great weekend
Lorie: Yes…go buy the new BNL CD!! It’s totally worth it!!
Glad you’re feeling better and everyone is doing ok. Work is driving me nuts and grayer. My last haircut was a scare. In the last few weeks it’s more than doubled. Eww. Had dinner with Emily, and was doing my Mrs. Doubtfire routine. I’ve joked about making an act out of it. It’s sort of scary–I’m too good at it.
Anyway–is Jason writing his book?
It was certainly a wonderful weekend, but anytime spent with YOU is always wonderful my love
